We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so that you can shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or experience, we'll work with you to make things right.
If you want to return or exchange your product, please contact us in a timely manner. A full refund will be issued if you return merchandise within 7 days. Items must be unused and unassembled, in their original condition, and in their original packaging complete with all tags and instructions. Keep in mind, returns on shipped orders incur return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are not refundable. For items with free or reduced rate shipping, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If returned merchandise is not in its original or saleable condition, a restocking fee may be imposed.
Special orders, custom orders, and clearance sale items are sold at non-returnable terms and cannot be returned.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
Credit card orders will receive a credit. Orders paid by cash or check will receive a refund check.
If you receive an item in damaged condition, please notify us immediately so that we may arrange a return, replacement, refund, or credit. Please save your receipt and the original packing material for any item you need to return.
Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you. Insurance is required to guarantee a safe return of the item.
Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact us as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which can be requested by e-mailing RMA@designgallerie.com and items must be received by us within 10 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.
